Las Vegas

Marren was able to go to Las Vegas with me! I went to the National ADA meeting (American Dental Association) and Marren got to stay with Aunt V! She was wonderful on the plane. She said as we took off that she wanted the plane to drive and not fly! Of course she was the best ever and said she wanted to fly again and again! Sandy is holding her in this pic!

I haven't been kicked of Blogger?

My mom has been on my case for months about updating my blog. I haven't been the best lately. I have decided to start from now and try to sneak in some flash back posts to cover the last three months. Hopefully I will catch up in a timely fashion so the mother can find something else to harp on, the harpie! :) (love you mom)

This is how my mom feels because I have been a bad daughter and haven't updated my blog! My mom is a pest! :)

This is how I feel when "Crazy YaYa" pesters me about updating my blog! Well, maybe not that bad but YaYa doesn't care that I am busy, or napping :), or working, or cleaning up vomit off my neck!....... She is right though, I didn't realize it had been more than a month since I paid attention to my blog! I will try to do better. On another note, the first picture in this post was caught before she blew drool at me so never fear, Marren wasn't pestered into posing for me... she is a natural ham and seeks out the spotlight.

Mom's birthday!

We celebrated my mother's birthday in Kansas City. She surprised us all by flying out my brother Garry, sister-in-law Melissa, and nephew Hunter! It was a wonderful treat to have Hunter fly into my arms when I opened the door. Mom took advantage of Aunt J's photography skills and had our pictures taken. This is one of them.

It is rare these days to get the four of us together since Garry lives in Idaho but we always have a nice time together. I miss Garry tremendously. It is fair to say that Jessica and Jordan are closer with each other and I am closest with Garry. Even though he has been gone a long time it never feels that way when I see him.

I thought this was a great picture that was taken of the girls. You can't tell from looking at the picture but it was freezing in the park!

Guitar Heroes

This post should have been made 2 weeks ago so I am sorry! I had some kissi... some work to do! Hunter is awesome! He is a blonde Garry, truly. He, like my wayward bro, is a gamer. This picture shows him beating Uncle Jordan handily at Guitar Hero Metallica, no doubt. I miss the onery devil. They won't return home until Christmastime. Maybe Jordie will have time to practice and not let a 5 year old beat him.

She had to dress up for "70's day" at school and invited me to help her. I even asked to take pictures and she agreed, and hammed it up! I warned her that I would immortalize her beautiful 70's look and she didn't care! ALIENS IF YOU ARE OUT THERE, I WANT MY SISTER BACK..............actually you can leave the imposter for a while longer. It was a great time and I now present her in all her glory! Does anyone remember "Challenger Jeans"? Jessica's jeans had the original tags on them. Please enjoy!

My Brave Mom

My mom has been threatening to cut her hair for months. SHE DID IT!!! These pics aren't the best but it is what she sent me. MY hair wasn't ever this short, but now I am tempted. She also has decided to go "au naturel" but you couldn't really tell because her hair was so long. I love her hair cut and her color although she is too young to have Granddad hair. Hopefully my genes skipped over the salt and pepper option, but as my hair is black I highly doubt it.
